Light seekers have assumed there is little value in the egoic, or surface, mind. As many of you ascended through the evolutionary stages of humanity, logic and reason gave way to effortless knowing. As the expanded mind became more and more prevalent, surface mind was discarded as worthless along the journey. But the cosmic creation is frugal. It does not create that which is superfluous. What, then, is the purpose of surface mind? What does it contribute, this mind that gives the false impressions that form is static and real—that the mind, feelings and body of humankind are its only identity?

As surface mind's arrogance becomes silenced by the expanded awareness that humans are so much more, it is revealed as the inaccurate portrayer of reality that it is. Thus, the enlightened sink into the deep bliss of expansion, assuming that the expanded mind paints a more accurate reality.

The Emotions of Surface Mind

In expanded awareness, people have seen an end to their journey, a point of arrival where there isn't any. In turning their back on surface mind and surrendering to expanded mind, people have forfeited heroism, passion, accomplishment and discovery—to name but a few qualities so very prevalent in humankind. For in the silence of expansion there are no desires, and emotions lose their power.

We can say there has been a shift in world energies to support the distaff side of the ancient sources of the various cultures on your world. The Atlantean heritage, as expressed through the Egyptian civilization and others in the region, has dominated your world consciousness for all of your recorded history. The "companion" heritage from Lemuria is now being felt as more and more of your world consciousness takes in the ascension energy—or, perhaps more correctly, ascends to an expanded dimension. Human Beings search for the Creator, and they do so almost from the moment they're born, because there's something missing. I'll call it the music, the song that they have heard for eons on the other side of the veil—my side. It's such a shock to be born into this planet in the Human body, to suddenly have the cellular structure presented to you yet again. It's a shock to the system that is the soul. The thing that is most obvious from the one side to the other is the feeling that you are suddenly alone. Then you spend the rest of your life looking for the missing piece.

Some of you have discovered, perhaps in your houses of worship, what that feels like to kneel and call upon the power of God, and to have it wash over you. When that's the case, you just want to sit there, don't you? It's beautiful. Some of you, in your meditations, have the same thing. Beautiful, it is! For you can sit and be in touch, you think, for a little while. It's something physical you can do to make that connection that is missing. In those brief moments, all is well. In those moments you feel you are creating a time when you touch the face of God just a little bit. And when you do, you hear the music and all is well. You spend a lot of time trying to re—create something that is missing—something that has been missing since birth.

Beloved students, I greet you once again at a most exciting time in your planetary history—a time when you can observe firsthand the radical transformation occurring. You can see it in the breaking down of systems that have previously seemed impervious or in the arising of new energies, as was witnessed in the recent U.S. presidential election. Those of you who have studied movements between astrological ages may know that claims for entering the Aquarian Age go back as far as the fifteenth century and reach into the future as far as the thirty-seventh century. Astrological ages come and go as a result of Earth's movement on her orbital path. Viewed from Earth, the constellations appear to move around Earth, and approximately every 2,200 years a new constellation appears at the vernal equinox.

I cannot help but think that what we know thus far about the H1N1 virus, also known as the Swine Flu, may not be accurate. Can you please give us some relevant background information about this virus?

As far as viruses go, this is not a new one. It is in fact several million years old. In different times and seasons, it has been known by other names and has taken on different characteristics. Its reemergence at this time is neither remarkable nor surprising given the stress and strain that all organic matter is under. In order to understand this virus, it would be helpful to know how viruses in general interact with humanity and with other species, as well as why they instill such fear in those who study them.

First off, it is important to remember that the purpose of life is life itself. Of course, you may also be a seeker of a developed awareness, an expanded consciousness, and other physical and non-physical pursuits. But the purpose of all created things [beings] is to live. In order to further that purpose, all things [beings] must evolve, and one of the best ways to do that is by adapting to as many different environments as possible. All life follows the same laws and abides by the same rule of law. Universal law does not play favorites, though at times—and owing to limited or incomplete perceptions—it can appear to favor one species over another. For example, the sudden and near complete decimation of the dinosaur population might lead you to believe that every type and variety had fallen from grace, and all at once at that.

As above, so below. Our lesson may seem direct. Please read on and find the love within our words. Have you called for change? It is here. Have you called for an end to old things? This may make the time you exist in seem sparse, but the opposite is true. You now have the opportunity to find the things of true value and place those energies in a more prominent position in your life. Doing so sends waves of energy out to the others alive on the planet now. These waves are eroding the old ways of belief on the planet.

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. The transformation of you as a person, as a self, is a process that is focused on your energy field. You can divide your energy field into the four bodies. This includes the mental body, the physical body, the spiritual body and the emotional body.

When we look at the composition of your energy field, then we can note that all of the four bodies interact simultaneously to create a certain light frequency that would encompass your energy field. When we recommend and when we guide you into certain exercises, such as the cosmic egg and the pulsing exercise, those exercises are working simultaneously on all of the four bodies.

There is a saying in psychology that for healing purposes you divide the self in the service of the ego. I will take this statement and expand on it to say that we can divide the energy field to do certain higher healing work in the service of the greater self. So if we look at the cosmic egg or at the pulsing exercises, we can divide the four bodies up specifically so that we can work with each body—the emotional, the spiritual, the physical and the mental—using these techniques.

In your Earthiness, you have created and developed an abundance of life upon your planet. You have seeded the planet, you have farmed the planet, you have enlightened the planet, you have walked the planet and you have pondered the planet. But as you look out into the skies and you see so many lights around you, could you really imagine that you are the only species alive in any planetary system? It is indeed the Arcturians who have been the most closely associated with you on Earth. Many of you are from Arcturus, and we choose to assist and aid each of you who choose to remember your common place within the star and satellite system.

Imagine you have this little doll that walks around and interacts with the world around her. The doll keeps looking back to you to control her and to tell her which way to go. The secret is that the doll is actually the creator of the scene, while you are the observer. The doll is actually not only creating her own experience, but she controls every element of where she goes and what she does. That is much the way we see you. You are creators of heaven on Earth. Human beings have authority over their own lives! This is divine law. And so it is, beloved masters. I give you this decree to awaken a remembrance in your soul. There is a vast difference between personal authority—owning your divine self fully—and control that desires to take authority over everything and everyone in the sphere of influence. People say, "I love you," and so often with that statement is the implication that love means: "I now have the right to decide how you live your life." Hence, the often heard statement, "If you really loved me, you would do what I want." This is a blatant demonstration of authority that is colored by control.

When the Master Jesus laid down the tempest on the sea, He, in that moment, demonstrated dominion over the elements. Allegorically, he showed that every person on the planet had, and still has, dominion over the elements of their life—the fire of anger, the storms and tempests of mind and emotions (air and water), and the effects that all of this has on the physical body and the world.

Thousands of years later, the seventeenth-century English dramatist John Fletcher said, "Man is his own star and the soul that can render an honest and perfect man commands all light, all influence, all fate." Both statements, in their own ways, reflect the core astrological energies of this month, which put the personal planets Sun, Moon and Mercury, among others, in aspect to Pluto and the north node—holders of fate, karma and destiny.

The central astrological event of the month is the total solar eclipse on July 21—or July 22, depending on your location. This is the longest total solar eclipse of this century, occurring when the Sun and Moon come together at the end of Cancer/beginning of Leo, in opposition to the north node at the cusp of Aquarius. The buildup lasts for several weeks ahead of the eclipse and the ripples extend at least six months beyond it. Those born at the end of any cardinal sign (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn) or on the cusp of any fixed sign (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius) will be particularly affected, but it brings for all of us an intense and concentrated chance to learn about dependence, attachment, ego and individuality in the larger sphere of cosmic right action. In other words, it is a phase of initiation into our own superhero role. If things have been slow for you up until June, July is definitely going to shake all this lethargy up! This is a very intense month that should powerfully shift us into a whole new dimension, which makes us feel like we have literally reincarnated within this lifetime without changing bodies.

There are two major eclipses in July, and eclipses always mark exciting turning points beyond which life will never be the same. What is expressed on those dates is irrevocable. We should carefully weigh the consequences of our words and actions around both the lunar and the solar eclipses.

He stated that he loved working with the president because he was so comfortable in his own skin. I love that phrase, "comfortable in your own skin." How many of you are that comfortable?

How much time, energy and money are devoted to being able to look at yourself in the mirror? Your reflections are a distortion of whatever is going on in your mind that day. You see the big nose, the chubby middle, the blemish the size of a volcano or the toothpick arms. You see what you focus on and what you are disturbed by. The pictures don't match. Dear Kim:
I'm writing about Sammy, my sixteen-year-old orange tabby. He's always been the sweetest-tempered cat I've ever known. But in the past couple of years, he has become a bit crabby when things aren't to his liking. He doesn't bite or scratch usually, but his expression and tone of voice sometimes seem threatening. The biggest problem is that he wakes up around four or five o'clock in the mornings and paces around me and over my head. He keeps this up off and on for a couple of hours until I get up. I am a registered nurse. I work on a Native American reservation. I have worked on several reservations as an employee of the federal government. There is a lot of prejudice and racism toward me. I am thinking of a move to the East Coast to be closer to my family. My family wants me closer. I live alone with no support system.
